Product Availability
We strive to keep our inventory updated, but there may be occasional product shortages. We will notify you if any items are unavailable at the time of your order.
Customization
Custom designs, logos, or text can be uploaded by customers. Please ensure that the designs meet our file requirements. We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material.
3. Ordering Process
Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our website by selecting the desired items, uploading any artwork, and proceeding to checkout. You must provide accurate and complete information for order processing.
Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. This email will contain your order number and a summary of the items ordered. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.
Payment
All prices are in USD and must be paid in full before production begins. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other payment methods as outlined during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping Damage

Defective or Damaged Products
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for defective or damaged products, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. You may be required to send us a photo of the issue to process the return or exchange.

By submitting designs or other materials to us, you affirm that you have the right to use such materials, and you grant GROSS Print & Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print the design on your chosen product(s). You agree not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights when submitting your artwork.
Ownership
All designs created by our team, whether as part of an order or as a custom design service, remain the property of GROSS Print & Design until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights transfer to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
GROSS Print & Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
8. Privacy and Data Security
